I usually wait until the end to say whether I will keep the recipe or not. But this is a pretty easy decision for me. Next to Velvia, Eterna is my favourite Film Simulation on Gina.
Eterna was originally a film for motion picture, not stills. So as you can imagine, the Film Simulation gives off a very “cinema” vibe. No wonder I like it.
So this set came from only an hour of photo taking which I must say is incredible efficiency on my part.
The setting was a Jamaican Independence 60th Anniversary Festival. (A week late but better than nothing!) I wanted to stay for longer but I had another engagement and underestimated how far away it was. I attempted to walk half the way and it took an hour just to walk.
And my foot was busted for 2 weeks because of it. Anyways, I met up with David and some extended family, pretty much the only reason I went.
Because of this, (and my subjective gaze) I purposefully wanted to get the more melanated contingent but don't get it twisted, it was a very Zebra affair if you know what I mean.
Thanks once again to FujiXWeekly for the recipe. Eterna simply never fails.
And if you haven't already, go peep Hempress Sativa @ The Jazz Café. That was all Eterna v3 as well.
Black & Whites next!
